2020 CHEVROLET SONIC
The 2020 Chevrolet Sonic comes in a Sedan and Hatchback. Each of those offer a LS, LT and Premier model. Both the sedan and hatchback offer the same amount of passenger seats and use the same amount of MPG.
Whether you like the look of the sedan or the look of the hatchback, know that with either model, this vehicle will seat five passengers. Another important note is that these seats are roomy. Adults will fit comfortably, in the front and back. Keep in mind, if cargo space is something you need, the hatchback is going to provide more of it, when the rear seats are folded.
When it is time to take this vehicle for a drive, you should take into consideration that Sonic trails in competition on fuel economy. 26 mpg in the city and 34 on the highway is what you can expect to get.
A turbocharged engine is standard on all models. While producing 138 horsepower and 148 lb.-ft of torque, it will let you zip across intersections or make smooth and quick work of highway merging. The sonic handles better than other small-car class vehicles.
Tech and Safety
A 7” touchscreen with Chevrolet Infotainment sits in the middle of the dashboard. Bluetooth for your phone and for audio streaming is available. A 4G LTE hotspot allows you to be connected anytime. The Sonic is On Star and Chevrolet Connect capable.
Safety features include, brake assist, daytime running lamps, ten (10) total air bags, and so much more.
If sports is what you are going for, this is a great choice. The exterior alone is sportier than its rivals. The interior, while fulfilling the technology needs, doesn’t offer too much else visually. Basic, with the ability to put a little pep in its step with the turbocharged engine. Small, with enough room to seat adults, comfortably on either row. And the right amount of technology to keep you entertained and safe.
